InboxAct provides an automated email processing service that:

  • Connects to your Gmail account to read and analyze emails
  • Uses artificial intelligence to extract actionable tasks from email content
  • Automatically creates corresponding tasks in your Todoist account
  • Provides filtering and customization options for email processing
  • Offers analytics and insights into your email-to-task workflow

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You must maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

3.3 Third-Party Integrations

Our Service requires integration with Gmail and Todoist accounts. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and process data as necessary to provide the Service, subject to the permissions you grant and our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment processors
  • Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions
  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not provided except where required by law

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

8.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InboxAct be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InboxAct and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
